  We just spent a week in Brela at Villa Paulina. Despite the weather being occasionally rainy as we were so early in April, it was such a lovely week, good for wandering and walking along the seafront. Villa Paulina has only been open one year. The apartments are beautiful, well finished and have an an amazing view of the bay. Ana is a wonderful, k... wat mensen zeggen » ind helpful host, happy to help with travel arrangements and even drove us to nearby Makarska one day. Brela is a small, once fishing village now tour - We liked everything about Villa Paulina although we actually stayed in Villa Lora which is just next door. Simply but beautifully furnished apartment with a balcony view which entranced us. The staff could not be more welcoming. Simple breakfast in well equipped eating area was very good. Although pool is small it was perfect for cooling dips after hard sessions of sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer - Brela is a perfect place to relax.

  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good. A very good a la carte resta... wat mensen zeggen » urant (it also had a buffet restaurant but we didn't try it apart from breakfast which was good), a comfortable bar and plenty of outside seating for - Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great; wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service . Excellent breakfasts individually made if required.   We stayed for 10 days in beginning of July 2013. The apartment has been totally refurbished and we were the first one to rent this spacious apartment. There where some dust from the renovation but besides this the apartment was very nice. Very close to the beach, we used mostly the beach around the camping area which was very nice, with access to ... wat mensen zeggen » both restuarnat, bar, toilets, etc. The pool is okay but not to big, perfect for children to take the final bath before going to bed. The comfort was - Friendly and helpfull owners. Clean accomodation. Good location for airport and Trogir.

  Fabulous location and views overlooking the sea and over to the Pakleni islands. Landscaped beautifully into the rock with different levels going down to the water's edge. We had booked a standard room but they placed us in a superior room with sea view as it was early & quiet in the season. Would recommend for honeymoon couples. - The hotel wonderfull; a little far from downtown because is a perfect quite place for spa and relaxation. Very nice place also for romance and honeymoon.
