  We were sutisfied with everything in hotel Makarsa. Staff was friendly, everything was perfectly clean , breakfast was delicious. Perfect hotel and we hope we would come soon again. - great mixture of the mountain and sea views. good breakfast easy access to various restaurants.

  Well-located within the Old Town of Hvar with great harbour-front views; Suite 522 was spacious (must have been at least 40 sq m), well-designed in contemporary style and colours and had a 2-person jacuzzi in the bathroom which our four-and-half year old loved!   Overall really enjoyed our stay, wished we'd extended in fact. Location is superbly between both the obvious beach and the restaurants at the little harbour being little over 10 min stroll to each. Pool and gym facilities were good (don't end up with egg on your face by forgetting trainers like I did). Buffet restaurant also good (though lunch was... wat mensen zeggen » on the steeper side). Overall would definitely go back. My wife left her Kindle on the bus and the staff couldn't have done more calling round and he - Good hotel with a nice pool area. We where there in June and the pool was not crowded which was very nice. Modern and spacious with good breakfast. A walk to the town of Bol took about 15 minutes with children 6-9 years. Zlatni Rat beach was very nice but crowded. That's how it is when the beach is famous! Bol is a neat place to visit. Overall a very nice stay!

  The last day of our holiday We went to the boat trip in the rules we should leave 11 am the hotel same day , I asked for the parking in the hotel during our boat trip, the staff said: Your car can stay all day here after the trip come to the hotel take a rest take a shower and everythink you need and after go....   This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good. A very good a la carte resta... wat mensen zeggen » urant (it also had a buffet restaurant but we didn't try it apart from breakfast which was good), a comfortable bar and plenty of outside seating for - Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great; wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service . Excellent breakfasts individually made if required.   Fantastic hotel with great access to all Makarska has to offer. After an initial mix up with our booking, this was fixed without any fuss and the next day we also received a beautiful fruit basket and bottle of wine from the management. This was unexpected and really appreciated. The hotel itself has everything that one would want on a holiday ... wat mensen zeggen » and we enjoyed our time here a lot. Breakfast was probably the best we had been offered on our Europe trip, fresh and plentiful every morning regardl - Best place we have stayed- location can't get any better than that.The service from 1st day to last was 1st class.The view from balcony awesome- food great and plentiful. Pool very relaxing. We really enjoyed our time there.Will be returning again to Hotel Meteor. Makarska is a wonderful place and Hotel Meteor made it more enjoyable
