  Het appartement is zeer goed gelegen ; vlakbij zee, een prachtige baai en dichtbij mini-market en horeca. De locatie is niet echt rustig doch door het prachtige uitzicht en het mooie landschap wordt dit ruimschoots gecompenseerd.   This is a very nice apartment (we stayed at apartment y). Modern, well- equipped, nice location. The host is friendly and acts as a guide by leaving maps, discounts for some businesses in town, and explaining historical/practical things about dubrovnik. Parking is nearby but you should note that the parking spot is shared with a shopping mall so i... wat mensen zeggen » t can get a bit crowdy by day. There are shopping malls (food, bakery, ...) in the direct environment, which is good since there is no breakfast optio - Ante is a kind and genuine host, gives a great introduction to the apartment and the surroundings. Answers any questions you may have and offers a very comfortable place to rest and relax after walking around all day. Highly recommend these apts to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The new town is only a 5 min bus ride from this apt and 10min walk to the bus station.

  We stayed in the Duplex apartment at the start of October.The location of the apartment cannot be beaten, absolutely in the centre of old Dubrovnik. It is right at the heart of the city life and as it is the top two floors is actually very quiet...except for the bells of St Blaise's church (literally a few feet away) and the Cathedral. The facilities to cook are absolutely fine but you are spoilt fo - The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

  Hostess was wonderful--very friendly and accommodating. The bedroom was gorgeous, charming and comfortable. It is located in an older building that is being refurbished and we loved being able to see all the old original tile/marble/etc, although some people might consider that a negative. Whenever you want in the middle of walking in the city, you could come back and take a rest.

  A very clean & tidy apartment in a beautiful garden setting in a quiet bay. The owners were very warm and friendly & we enjoyed the bbq facilties and that we could rent bikes and kayaks on site. The apartments are actually in a slightly different location to where they appear on the map. On the bay to west, so slightly further away from a... wat mensen zeggen » ll the bars etc - this wasn''t a problem as it was still a great location and actually a bit quieter than the main part of Lumbarda which was only 5mi - - Danijela is a great host; she speaks perfect English and answered a couple of mails before I was there. I forgot something in the apartment when I left it and they managed to send it over to my next destination (Mljet) the day after! She event gave us a ride to Lumbarda (Lumbarda is not far, but we had luggage) - Apartment super clean, comfortable; you feel like home. - They rent bikes and kayaks at a very fair price. - Bus stop in front of the apartments. - Very nice family restaurant across

  Located overlooking the main Dubrovnik Marina / Harbour, and with easy access to the City Centre / Old Town (you probably wouldn't want to walk it which would be the best part of an hour i expect, but good transport links and an easy drive). The bus to the old town stopped outside and it was a delightful walk along the peninsula and to the beaches and cafes over looking the sea.

  Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms. Kitchen facilities excellent and nice terrace to eat on. Owner met us with a friendly welcome. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.
