  We asked for a double room when we booked but got a twin instead, the manager changed our room within 5 minutes. Breaky was great too. Location was amazing too. Would recommend this place to anyone. Great value for money. - We had a balcony looking over the Pool and into the sea, location is excellent,only 3 minute walk to Hvar town's main square,b... wat mensen zeggen » reakfast buffet was good,pool was great!   Well-located within the Old Town of Hvar with great harbour-front views; Suite 522 was spacious (must have been at least 40 sq m), well-designed in contemporary style and colours and had a 2-person jacuzzi in the bathroom which our four-and-half year old loved! Breakfast was sumptuous and they did great things with eggs. Extremely confortable, excellent breakfast. Nice bar, with a balcony wit amazing view.

  As noted already, everything was excellent... But An extra congratulations goes to the hotel. I had left some documentation in my room, and the hotel was kind enough to deliver it to me, with one of the staff members as I had already left the island. We thou roughly enjoyed our stay... And LOVED the view from our room over the sea. Breakfast was good, and so lovely to eat out front in the garden. Our room was nicely appointed.

  Great in all senses. New, clean, fancy, helpful, kindest staff, top notch design, funniest swimming pool, great location, with best views and just a short walk from wonderful Hvar Town Square - Wow. What a hotel!!!!! Location, staff, facilities, oh the views! Amfora is a must.

Good food! - About Milna: We enjoyed the atmosphere in Milna, it was peaceful and relaxed, and our 5 grandchildren, aged 16-9, soon got aquainted with the area and decided that Fortuna was the ultimate place for lunch, being practically on the beach and with a varied and tasteful menu.Those of... wat mensen zeggen » us who liked to walk, found some nice opportunities for that, and if we come back (perhaps in the autumn), we will probably explore more of the suggested trails.About Fortuna: We cannot praise the hosts enough! We wer - The staff are wonderful! We had a very early morning ferry back to the mainland at the end of our stay and would be missing the breakfast in the hotel's dining room. Not only did the staff pack us a breakfast to eat on the ferry, but they also packed us a huge lunch! Unbelievably generous in a day and age where so many places nickel and dime their guests. Upon check-in, they upgraded us to a three-bedroom family suite (with a second bathroom) at no additional charge! We had originally requested
