The owners of the apartment were incredibly friendly and greeted us with a drink and information on Dubrovnik. The apartment was incredibly clean and smelt wonderful. The interior was lovely, bed was comfy and everything worked. The location couldn't have been better- close to the city walls but far enough and off the road so there was little noise. Big modern rooms, spacious bathroom. Everything is very clean. Very nice view over the port of Gruz. Our room had a big terrace and from what I could see most of the rooms have them. Free parking (in abundance), very easy to find, situated on the main road so if you are with a car very practical for trips to other towns along the coast (no need to enter the city). All in all, to me it seems like very good value for money. In most countries that I have been to you could find rooms like this only

Facilities were fantastic, the staff were extremely professional and helpful and the main hotel was modern and clean. The one bedroom residence is particularly spacious and ideal for a couple travelling with young children. The view from the Radisson is stunning and the hotel is set amongst beautiful grounds! We were at Sumetska 8 at Ana's place. + A lovely host, very friendly, with a lot of useful tips of what to do and see. + The apartmant is very clean, modern and has an amazing view from the terrace. + It's about a 15 minutes walk to the old town, really lots of steps, there is also a bus, but we always made the trip by feet - downstairs and upstairs. There is just a quiet noise from the road to hear, good air - no exhaust gas

We stayed in 2 different studios here one on the ground floor and one at the top of the house. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time.
