  A very well run and helpful establishment. Our plane was late and we were processed very slowly at the airport but the shuttle was still waiting for us. Quaint and comfortable, clean room. Very helpful, nice breakfast.   Our host was extremely charming and helpful. The apartment is of a very high quality, both the furnishings and decor and is ideally situated fro visiting Trogir and the old town. We had considered staying in the old town, but glad we decided against as this apartment is light and airy and extremely comfortable with a magnificent view and a stone'... wat mensen zeggen » s throw from the water. Parking outside was easy and it is only a short distance to Split Airport. I would love to stay there again in the near futu - Top floor apartment has 2 double bedrooms, is beautifully furnished, spacious and quiet, aircon in every area. Large balcony faces the water, secure parking. The service was excellent on arrival. Easy 300m walk to a pebble beach with a cafe, old Trogir and the food market or nearest supermarket. We loved that it is set away from the car chaos of getting on/off the island of Ciovo. We took the boat taxis to other beaches.

  Even tho I`m Croatian, I`ll write in English to convey my impressions to bigger amount of people, as I feel like it`s the least thing I could do: this hotel is simply amazing - that includes location, staff, cost and (especially) food in the restaurant Don Dino, which is owned by the same family and which is literally 10 steps from the Villas door... wat mensen zeggen » s. Staff was extremely friendly and would help with just about anything you need. Breakfast - it`s a buffet breakfast, so you can take your pick. What - Excellent place, very friendly and hepfull staff, they really took good care of us! We sure be back!

  I'm visiting Split few times a year for business and pleaser.. Veli Varos is amazing place to stay.. Not far away from riva, veri clean apartmants.. Very Comfortable...Marina the Owner always give me a pleasure to use her bicycles for free.. Marina and her sister are very keen to show you around...   The hotel is located right on the waterfront. It is close to the active part of Split. It is near the major attraction, Diocletian's Palace, a unesco protected site. The bus station is a short ten minute walk away which made travel to other towns quite easy. The staff was quite helpful and polite. They kept our baggage for two days for no charge w... wat mensen zeggen » hile we went to Dubrovnik. The room had no air conditioning, but the room was quite cool. Buffet breakfast is included. - This hotel couldn't be in a better spot, right in the centre of Split, not far from Diocletian's Palace, and, more practically, close to the bus, train stations and ferry port. Bacvice beach is not far away. I much appreciated one of the cleaning staff putting a fan in my room and turning it on during the day so I could get a good night's sleep on a hot summer night in Split- and, boy,that's hot ! Breakfast pretty good.

  We had the rooms facing the waterfront promenade, with full view of the harbour, that was great. Full compliment to the staff, they were fantastic, courteous and very helpful. We had a lovely fish lunch at the hotel Resturant upon our arrival, the recommendations from the waiting staff was sincere and helpful.   We booked the studio apartment last minute for two nights originally. We ended up staying 3 because it was so lovely! The apartment is small but perfectly formed and has absolutely everything you could need - washing machine, wifi, air con etc. Also lots of cooking equipment provided. Tea was very welcoming and helpful. It was also lovely to have - Rooms Sandra was great! Tea the owner was a pleasure to deal with and no request was too hard. i.e extra pillows, clothes rack and making a reservation for a pedicure for my wife. Highly recommend this accommodation and if we were to come again to Split we will definitely stay here again. Tea, Thank you once again :)
