  The apartment was great, excellent location and very spacious. It was an absolute bargain for what it was. The balcony overlooks part of the historic wall, could not have been better! We only stayed one night but would have been suitable for a longer stay as it had a washing machine and a great kitchen. Accom and facilities were excellent and couldn't have asked for a better location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Dubrovnik.

  It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly. We did have to walk (5 mins) from the old town gate as cars cannot drive up to the hotel, but this added to the charm. - ... wat mensen zeggen » It's location was perfect.   The apartment were we stayed was really close to the Old Town (around 300 mts). The owner (Nikola) and her mom are really nice people that wants to help you in everything they can.   This apartment is stunning, very spacious, very stylish and a pleasure to be in, so much so that we didn't want to go out! Really enjoyed this apartment, after the initial confusion with shop downstairs. Nero could not of been more helpful, with recommendations of where to eat and organising a minibus to pick us up and take us to the airport, wh... wat mensen zeggen » en we reluctantly had to go home! Will definitely be coming back too. - This is a great place to stay if you are seeking to be in the old town. You will have to climb several sets of steps. It's a really neat apartment and a different feel, depending on what you are seeking. Nero, the property manager, is super friendly and helpful. He offers his assistance with whatever your needs are to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to stay.

  Location is great. Only few minutes away from Pile gate. So great for visiting the city or catch bus/taxi. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had our own terrace - no specific view but lovely to be able to sit outside. Nice owners. If you need internet connection ask when booking the room as ours did not have ( but we did want... wat mensen zeggen » it so this was fine!) - We loved the location , very short walk to the old town and the beach. The owner made us feel very welcome and the apartment was very lovely(great value for money).Highly recommended.

  Owners were extremely friendly and helpful in terms of transfers to and from airports and port, suggestions for tours and surrounding facilities. 3 bedroom apartment had large bedrooms each with ensuite as well as a lounge dining and kitchen area..perfect for group of friends or family. We had a great time with Miro, Svetlana and Ivan who were so ... wat mensen zeggen » professional arranging transfers tours etc and were also so welcoming. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Location is typical of Dubrovnik..cl - Our stay at Villa Matic was superb from the moment we arrived when Miro picked us up at the bus station. He and Svetlana are terrific hosts. We stayed with another couple in the 3 bedroom apartment and felt spoiled by the luxury and comfort of so much space. Breakfasts were delicious and more than any of us could eat. Visiting with Miro and Svetlana in the evenings was wonderful, and their suggestion of a day trip to Cavtat was perfect. We all highly recommend Villa Matic.
