  Amazing , amazing! Very friendly owners, picked us up from the bus station and greeted us in such a easy going way, everything very uncomplicated. You can't beat the location of this appartment- facing the waterfront, just a few steps down to a great beach and a few minutes walk to the old part of town- easy even with young kids. Nice little kitchenette in case you do not want to enjoy food in the numerous good restaurants in Dubrovnik! - Even we were only two, we prefered to stay here (the apartment is very large and has a seperate room for another two). The location couldn't be better, the facilities are more than you can think of, the view is breathtaking and the owner (Sinisa Zakula) is a gentelman. He lives next to the apartment with his wife and both are very friendly and helpful. Sinisa met us at the ferryport and drive us to the apartment.   Just about everything. the aprtment we stayed in was something of an attic redesgned and built with dormer type windows. It had a wonderful skylight window (large w. shade) and very comfy room layout. A very nice and efficient kitchen, full sized refridgerator and nice wide (near) king sized bed as well as an extra single bed. However, not being too overconfident, but Dubrovni - Iva was a fantastic host and showed us the best restaurants. She also helped me print a document which I needed urgently. Very good experience at her cosy apartment complete with a kitchenette for light cooking. When we wanted to extend our stay by a day, she didn't have available apartments but she helped us find an equally good apartment in the next street. Superb location, very near the main Cathedral. High recommended!

  The location was excellent - although we were situated over a large restaurant there was no noise that disturbed us - instead, we loved to listen to the incredible pianist who entertained the diners below and the gentle laughter and lull of conversation. The main terrace overlooking the Old Town Harbour was absolutely stunning. We had beautiful Dubrovnik harbour at our feet as we watched the world go by. We were minutes from the Old Town centre where there were lots of lovely restaurants to choose from and enjoyable markets to shop in. Some of us did the Old Town Walk (about 1.5 hours) which brought us right back to the harbour. The beds were really comfortable and the white-washed apartment with windows to every v
