The location was fine and the pools were nice, the staff was pleasant
although no one spoke a word of English so travelers had a difficult
time asking for things.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice escape to sunshine and a good-sized, clean pool, close to Bogota.

The food was horrible, the buffet offered on Sat night was terrible and
not at all worth 20,000 cop, the grounds were unkept, trash bins
overflowing, the juke box and band were extremely loud and people in a

The rooms and site are in need of a face lift. Tired and quite run down in places.
the room wasn't cleaned
they overcharged me on my bar bill, on purpose i think.
