Please note that Piano Wharf in Gulangyu Island is closed due to renovation currently. The Sanqiutian Wharf will be used for ferry boats from the Lundu Ferry Terminal to Gulangyu during this period. Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in. Here are tips about transportation for reference below: - Route before 17:30 during winter time (from 1 Oct to 31 May of next year) or before 18:30 during summer time (from 1 Jun to 30 Sep) Take a taxi to Xiamen International Ferry Terminal and then take a ferry to Neicuo'ao Wharf on Gulangyu. After landing on the islet, turn left and then walk on the pebble path across the lawn about 100 metres to the hotel (about a 2-minute walk). - Route after 17:30 during winter time (from 1 Oct to 31 May of next year) or before 18:30 during summer time (from 1 Jun to 30 Sep) Take a taxi to Xiamen Ferry and then take a ferry to Sanqiutian Wharf. After landing on the islet, here is the route for walking. Sanming Road--Longshan Cave--Neicuo Police Security Room--Shengyue Community--Mr. Right Bar (direction of The Arts and Design College Xiamen)--Zhongde Gong--Malasang Juice Shop--The Big Banyan Tree--Gulangyu PenEro Resort Hotel. It takes about 30 minutes on foot from Sanqiutian Wharf to this hotel. Guests are kindly requested to book ferry tickets in advance. The online ticketing website of Xiamen Ferry Company (www.xmferry.com) can be used. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
