I wanted a luxury business hotel, and the Langham provided both the luxury and the business facilities, plus excellent food, along with a delightful service ethos that desired only to excel.   The rooms are great, with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet that you can enjoy your night sleep. The location is perfect, the service is amazing, the cleanness is spotless, the staff are friendly, and the price is good. The breakfast is amazing especially if want Western style breakfast.   This small guesthouse is run by a very friendly team. It is within walking distance of the Shekou ferry (about 5 mins walk) and is parallel to the main road behind the small post office. The garden is absolutely picturesque with many different types of exotic flowers. We had drinks and dinner in the garden restaurant and it was very relaxing. Free wifi and good shopping in the area: dvd's, tailors etc. Great service with a smile and - I like the atmosphere and design of crystal garden,it's like i'm living in cozy garden. The female dorm very clean and above my expectation, easy access to shekou port and metro station. Favorable place to stay in shenzhen. I'm really grateful that staff so polite and helpfull when i'm asking about so many things, they help me to going around by bus to Fairy lake garden. I'm extremely recommended this place to everyone who love cozy and quite place to stay for leisure :D

  Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. My room was big and clean,the bed is very comfortable.The staff are polite and helpful. There is a PC in every room which I found particularly useful. when I went away for a weekend to Beijing they were flexible enough to accommodate me. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit

  I liked the comfort of the hotel and perfect breakfasts in the morning. Reception stuff tried to be helpful, but they still can impove the serivce, I think. My room was nice and clean - the room was comfortable, facilities perfect. It worth money paid. Location is good for those travellers who plan to stay close to airport.
