The staff was very nice and trying their very best to accommodate all my needs. Unfortunately there were very few people who spoke any English at all, so the communication was difficult, but not unmanagable. It took a little bit of time and effort, but I eventually got all I needed. I don't really blame them for not speaking English as they probably just don't learn it. The room I stayed in was very nice, it surprised me how comfortable it was. It was air-conditioned, the beds and beddings felt.
