I stay once a year there, when on Business in Beijing. The staff is very helpful and is happy to take care of many issues, which would cost you a lot of time doing yourself, such as printing business cards etc. The rooms are great, with all facilities you want, nice coffee, great music system, free mini-bar.   The room was very comfortable; we very much enjoyed the luxury after a long backpacking trip. The spa (swimming pool, sauna) is included in the room rate and there is no additional charge.
