We hadden een jas laten hangen, die werd keurig nagestuurd naar ons volgende hotel (1200km verderop!!). Top! - the staff and the comfort. it was by far the nicest hotel i stayed at since in China. the location is good too - close to... wat mensen zeggen » the Islamic quater and the Bell and Drum tower. I would recommend it to anyone who cares about comfort and is ready to pay a little extra for comfy beds, fast internet and great room service. Also there is a souvenir shopping arcade where you will not be cheated. - The staff were excellent and communicated well in English even down to adaptor plug it was in our room before we got back to room.the service was 1st class in every aspect

The rooms are designed very well, its style is connected with the history of the building. Beds very comfortable, room and bathroom very clean. The stuff of both Grand Mercure and Sofitel are extremely polite helpful and professionals. They arrang - The hotel was well located, comfortable and clean; it also had a quite interesting historical and stylish aspect to it. The location is excellent -- one can walk to most of the sites within old city walls comfortably (e.g., the walk to the Southern entrance to the city wall is around 30 minutes). The hotel's staff, though not always fluent in English, was eager to help and friendly. The taxi ride to the Qin army and other sites, organized by the hotel's concierge, was easy to book and well-p

  We booked a standard room in the Mercure and got an upgrade to a suite in the Grand Mercure which was fantastic! Couldn't fault anything at all. Pure luxury, room enormous, bed so comfy!! Breakfast was full western and eastern buffet with drinks served to the table. Staff excellent all round. Use of the leisure facilities in the Sofitel an added b... wat mensen zeggen » onus. Highly recommended. - Nice hotel. Quite location in residential square with all Accor hotels nearby. Staff very efficiently, expecially we wish to thanks a lot Mr. Andy who gave us all necessary info's needed as well as train ticketing support. We do suggest a short visit early morning to the near park, to see ordinary people practise Thai-Chi and dancing
