I found the hotel so great in term of cost, location, cleanses and overall staff assistance though I found English language were little problem with them but they so cooperative and helpfull. -

Perfect location just a block from the Bund. It's literary 4 minute
slow walk to BigBus stop. Room was not huge but not tiny either, no
wrong smells, no dirty spots, nothing what could direct me to more
expensive/not so central place. Our room was on the 2'nd floor
with the street view-gave me a chance to see street life. No long

The Hotel is located in a perfect position. The staff can speak english
enough to solve most of the problems. The room is ok, bed are
comfortable and the bathroom is nice. Furniture is not new and elegant
but come on, the price is ridiculous and it's China! Enjoy it!

Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in. It is so close to the bund it isn't funny and only a 5-10min walk to the main metro undergroun

We were amazed by how nice this hotel is. Exterior look is nothing fantastic and alittle disappointing. However, the interior was very nicely and tastefully done up. The restaurant area was extremely nice for a wine at night.

We were given a free upgrade upon check-in and stayed in a nice room on the 5th floor. It was really clean, spacious and I really liked the design (a bit kitchy, literally everything in the room was green, but quirky and definitely not your usual hotel room). Bathroom was also clean and roomy, with all necessary amenities, towels changed daily.
