  I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and most spoke some english. The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting ... wat mensen zeggen » a living area with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. In reality, you are getting an apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dish - Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10

  Very friendly staff. Some even remembered me from a previous visit. That is nice. On my last night the hotel was fully booked but the service levels remained the same. Very easy check in and out. Good for taxis and Metro. In all it is first class - Easy check in check out Room good and everything worked Nice bathroom Quiet Clean Very nice staff

  IFC Residence was my choice for a single night due to its location to many of the main sites in Shanghai (city) also, it is attached directly to the Ritz Carleton and the IFC Mall that gives you many choices when shopping for fashion, gifts and has many food choices. I had a meeting and the "home away from home" feel to it was fantastic. I was a... wat mensen zeggen » ble to accommodate my guest in the living room while keeping my personal space private. The design is beautiful, the service was fantastic, the Livin - Location is centrally located within the financial district and it's beside IFC mall and other stores. Rooms are luxurious and well-appointed. Not crowded and there is free coffee/tea/soda/nuts/chips and cookies at the commonnliving room in the 3rd floor. Indoor pool and gym are great and wi-fi is free and fast. Staff are great, friendly and warm. They can express themselves in English. Worth going back and staying at this hotel again.
