The staff were courteous and helpful - Gerry Mo, Gabrielle and a host of others that unfortunately, I can't recall their names at this point The in-house restaurants serve a variety of fresh and delicious dishes, I particularly enjoyed the Mai Japanese Restaurant buffet.   I loved everything about Shangri-La; although abit on the expensive side but worth it. The hotel is the grandest I have ever visited, the service is excellent and has lived up to its 5-star status.   The hotel is located in the best part of Guangzhou. Near have lots of good western restaurants, shoppings and places to visit like the canton tower. The staff was really nice, and they help us in everything we need. The design of apartments is really cool, and they are big. We stay 3 persons in a one room apartment. If you go by metro, they can pick you in th - Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Offered us drinks while we waited for our room to be cleaned because we came a bit early. Helped us find our way around town and recommended places to eat/see and how to get there. Also helped us find our way to Shenzhen to visit family. Also the washer machine broke while we were using it and they apologized and offered us a new room if we needed it. Rooms were spacious and clean. Free milk, buns and fruit were given daily too!

Four seasons Guangzhou is just perfect, the staff is amazing, they do their best always for you to be like if you were at your home, rooms are very very nice, clean, they change the fruits everyday for you, the rooms are very big, perfect bathroom, they are all very high so excelent view! Good to know that the hotel is located in the highest building of the city and has a view (face to face) to the Canton Tower and the pearl river (and basically all the city, since the lobby is on the 70th floor and the hotel goes until the 100th).

  The location is excellent for business travel as it is smack in the middle of Guangzhou. Travelling to and from Canton Fair is easy as they have a shuttle service. The also have registration for the fair at the hotel. the rooms are well maintained and room service is good. We appreciated the breakfast included with our stay and the shuttle bus to and from the Canton Fair
