Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in. It is so close to the bund it isn't funny and only a 5-10min walk to the main metro undergroun

We were amazed by how nice this hotel is. Exterior look is nothing fantastic and alittle disappointing. However, the interior was very nicely and tastefully done up. The restaurant area was extremely nice for a wine at night.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's not far from East Nanjing Road metro station. There is exchange machine in the lobby. The staff speak English and they are very friendly.
The room is cosy and has a bath, what is a really rare thing for China. I am sure that I will stay there every time I come to Shanghai.

The staff at the hotel were very good to me (father) and my 14 month old daughter who were travelling with my sister for for a few days, than on our own for a few more days. For the most part the facilities were very clean. Lobby and restaurant were very nice. Excellent location. I'd use this hotel again.

Grote kamers, volledig ingericht, mooi groot binnen zwembad, prima ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel wat goed engels spreekt. Well, even though, there were many things I didn't like about the hotel itself, it wasn't the fault of regular staff. Nevermind the language barrier, they tried to make my life easier. And the view from the window was marvellous:)
