The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Concierge, Nicholas knows everything. He provided excellent recommendations for dining, made the reservations and provided directions. There are great dining options close to the hotel. The complimentary tea and coffee and cookies in the lounge 24 hours was a god -send after a day out in the Shanghai heat. It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean.
Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a
lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not
