  Staff are very friendly, they gave enough information for us to do city sightseeing by our self. Quick Check in and check out process. Now, they have lift to help you with your luggage :). Room is so comfort and big, with sofa next to the window, ac, bath tub, water heater, traditional tea maker tools, tv, internet, nice bed, toiletries, etc. Acro... wat mensen zeggen » ss the hotel there's a nice lake with trees. Close to Elephant Trunk Hill (just few minutes walk), some local restaurant, night market, local grocerie - This hotel is a in a great location next to the lakes and the night market. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Its like a boutique hotel and the rooms and layout are a nice change to the typical big hotel in china. They can do laundry for you at a good price which was great to have. Breakfast is good and at a fair price for a hotel, with a very nice view.

  The Staff is nice and very helpful, the location is near to Lijiang river and night market, the bed is comfort and the hotel is clean..provide airport pickup. - The staff spoke some basic English and were helpful. Breakfast was cheap and offered Chinese and Western options

  This is a lovely Japanese style garden hotel on the grounds of the Guilin Botanical Garden. The spacious rooms are located in a number of 2-story buildings scattered around a koi pond and gardens. We came here after several days touring the ethnic villages west of Guilin and it was a marvelous place to unwind and relax and feed the koi from our p... wat mensen zeggen » ond-side patio. While not close to the main Guilin tourist sites, you can reach most of them by a pleasant 30-40 minute walk or by a short taxi ride. - This is probably the best hotel in Guilin: good services, fresh air, green location inside a botanic garden, a perfect zen garden with a pool, lake and tea house - you will feel like an emperor! Other aspects: - good wifi; - diverse breakfast; - staff is ok with english; - free pickup from airport and free ride from the hotel to the exit of the botanic garden; note: that the hotel is not central but it's close to the bus and there is a mall just outside of the garden

  This is medium size hotel (inn), clean and cozy . Location was great, close to practically everything on foot. Bus on the doorstep and taxis are cheap. Across the road, pedestrian only area full of small shops and restaurants. Bank of China 300 m and plenty of ATM. Watch out for a plethora of scooters; they are almost all electric so no noise and... wat mensen zeggen » no pollution. - For then price the room, was quite nice, clean & comfortable. Free wifi worked well (for China).

  The staff spoke zero English, but where nice and helpful as we used pictures and charades to communicate. They helped us find a river tour, and the guy even drove me to the airport (which was very far away)--I paid him to do so, but it was cheaper than a taxi would've been.
