  Very clean, bright dining area with a nice terrace. They also have a reading area which was cozy on a rainy day. Located in the Center of several major sites to visit and all walking distance. Good breakfast too! - We stayed one night only, but the room was comfy and it was very clean.   location valparaiso my room had the best view of the city:the hills and the bay. the other room wer not all on that level budget friendly - the hotel is a bit old but has great character. its location is ideal for walking around the sites in valparaiso.
