  All of the staff were courteous, helpful and solicitous. Breakfast was outstanding. Location was nice, near metro stop and easy walking distance of many fine restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Only one block off of major avenue in Santiago central downtown area. The terrace in the back was a nice oasis of quite and cool ambience in the afternoon.... wat mensen zeggen » The staff was very accomodating and allowed me to keep our rental car parked at hotel for 5 hours after we checked out because our flight was in the - The room were very cosy and the staff are friendly, ready to help, and they speak english and a little portuguese. It is located only one block from the metro station in a nice area. Very good for those who, like me, suffer from allergic rhinitis: no carpets on the floor! :)

  Very cute B&B in a nice neighborhood of Santiago full of bars and restaurants around it. Clean and comfy rooms with nice clean decor. Very nice cafeteria attached to it with nice veranda to sit out and enjoy your breakfast. Very friendly and nice owner that helped us a lot with check in and we had a very interesting talk the next day.   The staff was very generous and helpful. They took good care. Not like normal hotels but a friendly homely atmosphere to give a feel good feeling to visitors like me. - I like the house. The owners and how she treat us. The breakfast was good as well
