  Friendly and relaxed with no city noise for a city hotel. Beautiful grounds to walk around and sit in. Easy access to taxis and shopping grounds. We were there for 12 nights and will use it again next time we go to Santiago. - This place was an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The huge gardens were so relaxing after a day of exploring.   I enjoyed the friendliness of staff, spacious and clean rooms, good variety at breakfast time. It's located in a nice area, shopping mall nearby, getting to the airport was fast and easy. I was there for business, but if i was with my family the hotel is equally perfect. The room was huge, 2 large beds, laptop desk, dining table, chairs, 3 seater couch. walk in robe, nice bathroom. Excellent outdoor area, plenty of comfortable seating in and around hotel.   Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home. - The staff were so helpful and supportive. We needed to have late checkout as our flight was leaving late in the day and it was no problem. The breakfast was amazing!

  Typical standard for IBIS hotel: the room are not spacious though quite and clean. The breakfast service is quite good. The location of hotel is perfect: excellent transport from/to airport as well to the Pacific coast (using Tour Bus company), close to city center and metro station. The staff is very helpful, no problem to arrange a taxi transpo... wat mensen zeggen » rtation to airport (early morning). - I asked specifically for a room away from any cell towers and also that they give my sheets and towels an extra rinse and they performed excellently on both counts. Also, they were very good about my wake-up call and arranging a taxi for me to the airport. The man at the reception also spoke very good English so there was no problem with communication.
