  We chose this hotel because of the excellent location in the heart of Providencia and also because it looked a bit different from the standard tower block. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel was charming inside with an unusual layout, a comfortable lounge and a lovely outside patio. There were always biscuits in the - Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice garden with tables. Well-functioning internet. Comfortable rooms. Good location with several first-class restaurants around. Self-service coffee and snacks are available in the evening, adding to your feeling of being in your second home.

  The Aubrey is clearly the premier, high-end boutique hotel in the Bellavista area, with a specialty in catering to foreigners. Good breakfast, and a private bar / piano lounge - you can even fix your own drink if you like (on the honor system for paying for it later). The area was great too, right by the zoo. After a hard trip in the Galapagos, we enjoyed the hotel and room so much, the staff we worried as we didn't emerge from our room until late!
