  We chose this hotel because of the excellent location in the heart of Providencia and also because it looked a bit different from the standard tower block. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel was charming inside with an unusual layout, a comfortable lounge and a lovely outside patio. Self-service coffee and snacks are available in the evening, adding to your feeling of being in your second home.

  I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay. We also cannot say enough about Enrique at the hotel check-in and Michael and Marco at the Club Lounge. Our room was comfortable and clean. Do try the hotel's Clu... wat mensen zeggen » b Lounge. It does cost extra, but it is well worth it. The food presentations in the Club Lounge from breakfast to lunch, snacks, hors d'oeuvres and c - The hotel is well located in the center of Santiago.   booked this hotel for myself and my daughter. Very convenient location. Apartment fabulous and price very reasonable. Very quiet. there is a pool gym and an excellent self service laundrette. - The modern furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen was a big time saver. The view from the rooftop pool and terrace area is superb.
