The Summit is in a great location in the Upper Village, but is set
behind most of the shops/bars/restaurants, so it's nice and
quiet. There's a Starbucks about a 30 second walk from the lobby
doors, which then leads right into the Olympic Park (cool for kids) and
then right there is the Upper Village, with all the shops and bars you
would want. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the ski
hills/gondolas, but if you're just going up to enjoy Whistler
for a few nights, this is a great location. The

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

I thought the staff was great - VERY helpful in regard to a number of things, particularly where to find things I was looking for (good dinner & breakfast spots, how to get to the lifts and which way to go to get coffee on the way, etc.). The facilities were nice - it would have been great to be a couple and have the lovely spa tub right there in the main room to enjoys each other's company with the fireplace, view, television handy, etc.

I stayed 3 days there. The suit was very nice; the views were outstanding and only 10 min walk from the left. I enjoyed the fact that it was so centrally located to the Whistler Village. Everything was within walking distance and the bus stop was just over the road. The pool and spa were just lovely.
Above all the staff were fantastic. They were always helpful, kind and friendly. My husband regularly called from Australia and he commented how friendly the staff were on the phone.

The hotel is very close to the village stroll, the shopping area, the grocery store, restaurants and the main lifts are in 5-10 min walking distance.
