  When we arrived Christy Zheng greeted us. She was professional and covered off all the information we needed to know and sent us off to our room in an efficient manner. When we got to the room I found that it was clean and bed seemed nice as well as I noticed that the towels were newer. Later that day we asked Christy if we could move to a larg... wat mensen zeggen » er room as my son and wife and their son were going to join us and if we shared it would make it cheaper for them to stay as well. We were staying 3 - good position , close to shops tourist attractions eating houses . quiet location . good value for money easy to find , plenty of free parking .nice size pool for families level 2 ideal for families as parking is on same level ,would also be good for wheelchair users at this level

  We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. And the location -- harborside -- was perfect. A short walk along the water takes you into town, or you could ask the concierge for a complimentary ride.   The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy! They also helped us store our bikes a - We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The check in staff member let us unload our vehicle out the front of the hotel and park there until we were settled and happy with our room. Parking was a bloc away from

  We were upgraded to a queen suite at no extra charge, very clean comfortable room. Staff was very helpful. They have bicycles which you can use free of charge , a great way to get around downtown Victoria - Great location in Victoria city but not on a noisy street. I live on a very fixed income. Without asking, the front desk upgraded us to a kitchen unit, which was very kind and appreciated. I also enjoy receiving the morning Times Colonist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with extra towels, if the need arises. I have only to call the front desk, for friendly service. I only wish they could h

  We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Beds very comfortable and quiet during the night. We had been concerned about city noise but was very peaceful! Restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.
