Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. Location is excellent, right down in the central of Robson street, good for shopping and also esay walk to the Stanley park. Great restaurant: I tested lunch and dinner and would recommend the risotto!
I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!!
very kind and friendly staff in particular Tim.
I got a smile from everybody which is great nowadays.

Every thing. Easy 5 minutes to train or a nice 1/2hr walk to Downtown. Beautiful walk along the sea wall to Granville Island and it's markets. Shopping and eateries to suit all budgets close at hand.
The staff were superb. From the time we arrived until we checked out they could not have been more courteous or helpful and friendly.

The location is great for exploring Vancouver. It's a short walk to
Gastown, Chinatown, Canada Place and one block from Robson Street, with
its many varied cafes and stores. From the airport, you simply take the
Skytrain to Vancouver City Centre Station; it's a 10 minute walk to
the Sandman along Georgia Street. The tv channels included bbc World.

The elevators were fast and we never had to wait long. A good,
convenient hotel for a short stay. -
Staff were very helpful! I was travelling alone for the first time so felt really lonely and a bit scared, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff again were very friendly, and were accommodating considering some days I didn't leave my room til 2pm! Would def stay there again! Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!
