  Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff. My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo toiletries, classy all the way.   After traveling and staying at budget friendly accommodations, this was a VERY welcome treat. My kids and I were treated extremely well. From the front desk check in until check out, we were very pleased with our stay. The room had an excellent view of the harbour and Concierge was very helpful. They even held our bags after check out until we... wat mensen zeggen » needed to leave for the airport - FREE - Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool and fitness room. Free milk and cookies for the kids. Great location close to the Waterfront SkyTrain station. Canada Place and the Fly-Over Canada attraction are right across the street. Great harbour views. We had a room with a garden patio on the same level as the pool and fitness room.

  The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere... wat mensen zeggen » else. - The excellent customer service of the staff. Simply amazing over the top! The upgrades and helpfulness made the stay a wonderful one. The room was beautifully appointed; very clean and modern. We would recommend this and definitely return.

  It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.... wat mensen zeggen » All the staff whether it was the door-person,cleaning staff,front desk were extremely polite and accommodating to all our needs. - I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing. We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone. Vert Good Value for money. Best Regards, Antonio Di Gioacchino

  Staff up-graded us to larger room without asking. We requested and were given room high up, on 2nd subsequent stay, asked for room with alternate view and accommodated. WiFi worked well in room. Room large, upgraded, very clean, cleaning staff great, great view, walking distance to Stanley Pk, Canada Place, Gastown, Chinatown, downtown shopping, r... wat mensen zeggen » estaurants, theatre. We asked for Superior Queen and were given Superior double Queen. Double corner windows & balcony great! Frig & coffeemak - Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. Location is excellent, right down in the central of Robson street, good for shopping and also esay walk to the Stanley park.   Staff was helpfull, we were first time visiters to Canada and they gave us great recomendations about where to eat, and what to do in bc. Wanted to say an extra special Thank You to Glen A. for taking such good care of us and helping us find great affordable eats and entertainment. We were on a week long road trip and stayed at 5 hotels in 7 days ... wat mensen zeggen » - this by far was the best value of any place we stayed; and our room was absolutly perfect for 2 guests; having a seperate bedroom and living room sp - Superb location! My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving
