  We had a separate bedroom suite with a king size bed, and there was a pull-out couch in the living room. For the room and the location of the hotel the price couldn't be beat for downtown Vancouver. If you are partying on Granville this is the perfect location, and is also five minutes walking distance to shopping on Robson and Yaletown.   We enjoyed the room, food and the courteous staff. We found the location to be central to everything we wanted to do. The proximately to Granville Island markets and stores was really enjoyable and was easily accessed. We loved the food aand the pricing.   This is a fantastic Hotel. Huge modern and fully equipped rooms (full modern kitchenette) One of the best Hotels we have ever stayed at and right in the downtown are of Vancouver. We had to transfer from the Residence Inn by Marriott to the Sheraton Wall Centre on the 3rd day what a let down when we saw our room at the Sheraton and compared it to ... wat mensen zeggen » the beautiful Residence Inn by Marriott. - Good location, although not quite downtown Vancouver, but only a 20 minute stroll to Canada Place. $8 taxi ride. The hotel itself is well appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. The rooms are spacious compared to European standards and well equipped, coffee maker kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher in the handy kitchenette. Queen beds were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

  The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late check-in, and someone was there, as promised, to get us settled in with everything we may need. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had our very own kitchen, washer, fireplace, hdtv w/ dvd player and small balcony opening up to the city of Vancouver.
