  This hotel is top-notch. The building is smaller and more intimate, which we really liked. The staff is amazing. Even if the rooms were not as luxurious and well appointed as they are, it would be worth staying just for the service. We used the concierge several times and their recommendations were perfect. The bell staff and front desk staff are ... wat mensen zeggen » friendly, professional and helpful. We loved this place and have every intention of returning. - My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace. We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing! ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice. Perfect stay!!!

It is this attention to detail, that adds up to a wonderful and impeccable place to stay! I wold recommend staying at Trump Hotel if you can afford it!   You can't fault this hotel, it's one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms were large and luxurious, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were so friendly, even though it's a large chain hotel it felt more like a small boutique hotel.
