  Very friendly staff at check-in and very organized. This was my second stay at the Intercontinental, the first time I stayed in the penthouse suite at the top for a wedding. This time I returned with my boyfriend and we were upgraded to one of the new rooms with a direct view of the CN tower and Ripleys Aquarium which was beautiful. We received great guidance from a man at the concierge desk for good restaurants nearby and ended up really enjoying our experi - The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club. I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

  I loved everything about the hotel; the decor in the public areas was nice, and the rooms were just gorgeous, with big bathroom, lovely walk-in shower; bed was really comfortable, there was plenty of desk space; the internet was faast and free; and breakfast was veyr good too. We were their for a UFC fight and stayed overnight - the stay was wonderful. I also loved that they removed all peanut/treenut items due to my allergy from the room.

  I can't say enough about this hotel, its staff and the suite in which I stayed. While le Germain is certainly no budget-conscious hotel, it has remained true to its boutique roots and provided numerous value-adds that left me feeling as if I was well compensated for the rather considerable rate that I paid. From the free Wi-Fi to the complimenta... wat mensen zeggen » ry breakfast, to even miniscule touches like a credit to your bill if you don't wish to receive a newspaper, le Germain shows that it respects its gue - Hotel looks great: large bedroom and bathroom, quick check in and check out, incredibly friendly and professional staff, great coffee machine at the lobby, good breakfast, very good shower (no bath, what I really appreciate), location, good selection of TV channels, available beverages and food choices in the room… It’s definitely a very good choice.
