The place is beautiful and clean. The place is nice and clean.
Marble floor bathroom with electric heat. Staff is incompetent. Customer service is inexistent. In case of problems or emergency, NO ONE answers your calls or e-mails... I would not recommend this place to anyone (not even my enemies) . No customer service at all... We have been trying to get in touch with them for an invoice problem for one month... Very inconvenient to pickup key at other location and make way to final location. Street parking not convenient. Drag suitcases across street and up narrow stairs to 2nd level. Very cramped. No housekeeping and no staff. Definitely not 5 star. Poor value for money.
