  We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. And the location -- harborside -- was perfect. A short walk along the water takes you into town, or you could ask the concierge for a complimentary ride.   This hotel is staffed by people who understand the idea of great service. Check in and check out was handled by friendly, courteous people. The room was large, clean, well appointed with very comfortable beds and did I mention clean? The included continental breakfast was excellent. One, and it turned out to be very important, is their claim to be "Pet friendly" Not - The room was big and comfortable, with a lovely view of the scenic lake. Everything was there I needed, including wifi and coffee-maker. The breakfast that was included was beyond the usual sweet bun and coffee... very nice! Staff were all helpful and allowed me to leave an item behind the desk so my cousin could pick it up later in the day.   Stayed 2 nights in May but unfortunately it rained most of the time, but we didn't let that spoil our stay too much! The view from the suite is breathtaking over looking the inlet. The beaches are close by but you need a daily park pass of $19.60 for a family, however the owners provide you with an annual pass for your stay which we didn't expect.... wat mensen zeggen » ...FANTASTIC! Tofino is only a short car journey. The suite itself was finished to a high standard, they supplied us with a crib/playpen for our baby - We loved the location, the view from our suite, the view across the road, the easy access to the Wild Pacific Trail, and the closeness to Long Beach. We found our hosts to be extremely helpful, and would gladly stay at Cygnet Cove Suites again.

  The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We had our 13 year old yellow Lab with us and the staff were very attentive and kind to her. The room was super clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choice and the food was really good. The cinnamon buns were great! We would choose to stay here again. Also enjoyed the river walkway... wat mensen zeggen » directly behind the hotel, great for walking the dog. - When we checked in the lady behind the desk was very nice. We got some discount coupons as well (including 15% off Whitespot). There was a decent size pool and a waterslide which my four year old loved. The Hot tub and pool and area were all really clean which is often so rare. The room was quiet and clean and the breakfast was actually quite tasty!
