  This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out.   The room exceeded our expectations ,the pool and spa were very good the dining room served an exceptional meal service was beyond very professional for the evening dinner and the morning breakfast was very varied and prepared - Pool was beautiful and open early. Room was great.

  Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. A lady was coming out of the admin office, smiled and pressed the elevator button for us while on h... wat mensen zeggen » er way before we got to the elevator door. Obviously, these employees make it their bussiness to go beyond their job description. The location is A+. - Room was very comfortable with nice features (Nespresso coffee in room, hand-held shower). Hotel was historic and very grand. Location is scenic and near gourmet restaurants.

  The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes ... wat mensen zeggen » a late check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc. What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

  Fabulous service. Attentive and helpful staff! When dessert I ordered to take to my room took longer than expected, they offered and brought it to my room! The General Manager was fabulous and introduced herself and chatted. This is a superior hotel!!! It added as much pleasure to my trip as the trip itself. Had to get extra set of towels and... wat mensen zeggen » they them remembered that number every day and I never had to ask again. When we came back to the states and I was stuck in hotels with pitiful servi - It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!

  There were a variety of activities to do - both active like horseback riding, ATV rentals; and not so active, like walking, hiking or games like pool, chess etc. The time flew! - Friendly staff reconciled a problem that arose when letsbookhotel.com had not transferred the reservation to the hotel. Great meals with very attentive service.

  Can't say enough good things about this hotel. It's unlike any other hotel.   The location is beautiful and the golf course is one of the best we've played. The cottages were good value and having beach amenities was a nice extra bonus. - Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much.
