  i have a bad lower back problem, so i have to consider the quality of hotel that can address this problem area. well the bed at soho was exceptional. the bar on the main floor was unbelieveable, really cool atmoshpere and amazing music/decor/lighting. i was able to talk without screaming to my wife and the prices for alcoholic beverages were reaso... wat mensen zeggen » nable. also, the soaps/shampoos that the hotel provides were fantastic. one more thing-since the hotel was not busy, they upgraded my room. - The front desk staff and the concierge were all very friendly. It truly felt as if they were welcoming you into their home. The room lay-out (especially the closet arrangement) was superb. I am a very sqeamish houseguest, but the rooms were immaculate.

  I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and newspapers. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very courteous. I needed a specific type of tea which was supplied immediately. The location was excellent for my conference a... wat mensen zeggen » nd quick shopping and cafes - This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The every one of the staff members were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

  Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op Lake Rosseau, op centrale plek in Muskoka omgeving. Echt magnifiek. Heerlijk om met gezin te verblijven. Uitstekend resort met goede kamers (met kleine maarzeer goed uitgeruste keukentje waardoor je ook makkelijk op kamer lkunt ontbijten/lunchen), 3 zwembaden, 2 restaurants, tafeltennis etc, en natuurlijk het eige... wat mensen zeggen » n strand aan het meer. Aanrader,zeker voor families. - I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there. The food was very good. - The views from terraces are just gorgeous. The one and two bedroom suites are very comfortable are fully equipped...Great planned activities for the entire family. Fantastic breakfast!!

  This is a great place when travelling with a group of friends and wanting to stay all together. The kitchen facilities give you freedom of choice in terms of breakfast etc. Location wise - it is dead at the weekend but Toronto is small enough for you to be able to walk anywhere. There was a welcome gift of chocolate and wine waiting for us. - Loc... wat mensen zeggen » ation was great for walking to attractions ie Eaton Centre and restaurants nearby. Convenience store downstairs. Staff was friendly and helpful but no one seemed to be at the desk at checkout only security guard. Cleanliness and toiletries was appreciated. Recommend 3103 for the great view.
