  Location was excellent. You are right in the middle of everything. Trolley and boat cruises are right there. Staff was excellent and helpful. Included breakfast was very good, lots of variety Farmers market across the street Tuesday and Thursdays. We enjoyed our lake view from our room We enjoyed our first visit to Kingston. So historical. No matter what you need, they will do anything to make sure you're satisfied. 2. The hotel is very well located and maintained. It was clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel

  After reading a few bad reviews we were a little hesitant about staying here. As soon as we got there our fears vanished. The property was well kept, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and the room itself was very clean. The Plasma TV, micro wave and air conditioner all worked fine. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyo - The staff are extremely helpful. Sam & Sunny made good friends with our young boys. the room was wide enough & cosy. Cleaning was adequate. it's 7 min walk from the falls & 10 min from dinning area. tim horton is 3 min away. our children really enjoyed the place & every one was very very friendly. it is very safe & have a familial atmosphere. free parking was a great advantage.
