  Wonderful hospitality of the hosts, Olivier & Emilie + lovely children. They could not do enough for us. As the house was not full, we had the choice of the room that we preferred. Upon arrival on a rainy evening after a long drive, we were offered a glass of wine. Room was spacious a very comfortable. Everything spotlessly clean. She is a gourmet cook, making pastries of all kinds, especially chocolate muffins ( shared her receipe with us - Emilie is a fantastic chef/cook. She provides excellent hosting skills. She asked what I wanted for breakfast. On a whim I said 'Eggs Benedict'. She said you'll have to wait a few minutes. She made the best breakfast I've ever had! Delicate Hollandaise, Homemade croissants, pain au chocolat, chocolate muffins etc., all presented with class and true 'savoir faire'. The bedroom was large and tastefully appointed.

  the accommodation was out of the top drawer - beautiful building and it would have been perfect for two or three nights as a base. We only stayed one night, but loved the quality and feel of the place. there is also a small convenience store and liquor store about a mile down the road if you need supplies. - We are avid golfer so we loved being... wat mensen zeggen » right next door to two courses. Having the kitchenette and laundry was a big bonus and we barbecued every night. The room was cozy, yet modern and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck.

The suites were also quite accessible which isn't always the case in B&B's. - The suite was well equipped with everything that we needed. Breakfast was all ready to go and was waiting in the fridge!

A lovely salt water pool was clean, well maintained. - I arrived at 11 p.m.; the office was closed but a note with the room key was left with directions to my room. That was thoughtful.

  We stayed at the mansion on 71 Sydney Street. It was absolutely fabulous! I can't say enough good things about it. It had everything we needed and more! I would highly recommend this hotel. - Beatutiful old building and the room was lovely, with huge bed which was about five foot off the floor. Great central location
