  This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out.   Love the location. The fact that is so quiet and could get a good night sleep. Love the beds and pillows The Wi-Fi actually works! Although we didn't take advantage this time, we really love having the option of breakfast in the morning (we will take advantage next time). We love the staff, very welcoming, professional, helpful and friendly - The hotel is a Victorian house and so had the more personal touch, the service was excellent and the location was very central to shopping etc. There was air conditioning available so we could adjust the room temperature accordingly. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was hot and easy to use.

  It was fantastic! Definitely a little cozy place away from home. It was a very vintage looking hotel, but the quality of appliance, bed, washroom etc was up kept. Front desk service was excellent.
