Only an example here, we lived in a room with a private kitchen and left several used dishes in the sink one day morning (planning to wash later).   The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming with all guests. The hotel was clean and rooms were tidy. The hotel is on a side street so there wasn't as much noise at night compared to a main road which was nice. The value for your money is fantastic, for us (a couple) it was much cheaper to stay here in our own private room and private bathroom v... wat mensen zeggen » s. getting a private room and shared bathroom at a hostel. I would highly recommend this hotel for a traveller who is looking for a budget friendly o - Comfortable and clean accommodations located near a variety of desirable neighborhoods. Rue St. Denis, Rue St. Laurent, Old Montreal, the Plateau and the Village are all nearby. It's also just two blocks from the Metro, which will get you just about anywhere. Quiet and off the busy street. Breakfast was okay.

  hostess very friendly and helpfull - good location to city (new 10min ,old 20min pleasant walk) ,subway (3min - one block) ,general stores and small reastaurants (in the neighborhood) - free parking - inroom kitchen (really liked the kitchen [daughter]) - Downtown location, kitchen and balcony in the suite.
