  This hotel is a gem. It has granite counter tops & a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The decor is clean & modernish with a huge flatscreen tv. In the morning there is a Kerig coffee maker or you can get tea from a large selection in the lobby. They also served hot bananna, peanut butter chocolate chip, pumpkin butterscotch or blueberry muffin... wat mensen zeggen » s. This Hotel is wonderful! - The room, itself was a nice surprise with a jacuzzi tub, a granite counter in the bathroom and the textured walls. The bed was good. We also enjoyed the patio furniture that has been provided for guest so folks can enjoy the out doors. We didn't use the barbeque, but others did. I certainly recommend this hotel.

  Love this hotel! everything was fantastic! The breakfast was filling and nutritional! Lots to offer for all ages! The service was impeccable! All the staff were so friendly, helpful and very accommodating! Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant and relaxing after two very hard days of working in the area! Grandson loved the pool my husband liked the hot tub. appreciated the A/C, liked the breakfast area. Felt really good there and slept well. No traffic noise was a bonus. Would stay again even though it was quite aways from our baseball tourny we were watching.

The bed was one of the most comfortable ones we have had in a hotel in some time...and we travel alot. What a treat! - Efficient friendly staff but not overly intrusive or fake. Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard. The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.

  We used the hotel as a stopover point while visiting the Vancouver area and were very happy with the service and the location. It is very close to great attractions in the area. We were able to leave our vehicle for a reasonable fee while travelling on an Alaska Cruise. This was a bonus as parking in the downtown Vancouver area is very expensive.... wat mensen zeggen » We found this to be a better alternative even with the added taxi fares both ways to the cruise terminal. - Although situated on a busy junction, our room (103) was at the farthest point possible from the main road and there was no road noise. Room, with sitting area and kitchenette, was a good size. Swimming pool (open air) was good, if a little warm for the hot temperatures! Location meant easy access to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, but equally easy to access downtown Vancouver over the Lion's Gate Bridge. Staff helpful.
