Hotel was located away from main town area but didn't matter as we were only staying overnight. It was a bargain compared to many of the other accomodations in the area and we would stay there again. We also thought the hotel provided a nice breakfast bar with a variety of items.

  I was looking forward to celebrating our 20th anniversary at the Tuwanek Hotel and it certainly did not disappoint. The spacious room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious gourmet breakfast that was serviced in our room. What a treat! The view from our balcony was the lake. Our host was personable and recommended places for dinner near by and we - We very much liked the amazing location of the hotel and the superb sea view. Our room 'The African Suite' was spacious, clean, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts were helpful and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay.

  After traveling and staying at budget friendly accommodations, this was a VERY welcome treat. My kids and I were treated extremely well. From the front desk check in until check out, we were very pleased with our stay. The room had an excellent view of the harbour and Concierge was very helpful. Free milk and cookies for the kids. Great location close to the Waterfront SkyTrain station. Canada Place and the Fly-Over Canada attraction are right across the street. Great harbour views. We had a room with a garden patio on the same level as the pool and fitness room.

  It was a beautiful mountainous escape from the standard hotel stay. A peaceful scenic paddle in the canoe, and a nice breakfast were both free, which made it quite affordable. Owners were nice. - Lovely setting; glorious wildflowers and walks to lake. Excellent breakfast; interesting pictures and objects in the house; friendly hosts.
