  James (the manager) was amazing and very helpful! He was very knowledgable about where to get a quick lunch and where to hike. The food at their restaurant was top notch and very delicious! We ate there two nights! Breakfast was great and had all the basics to start your day off right. The cabins are very comfortable (especially the shower!) and c... wat mensen zeggen » ute. The property and cabins are very well maintained. Very relaxing to sit on the porch reclining wooden chairs and kick back. Very nice to sit by th - The dinner we had at the lodge was excellent...very different and interesing combinations. The included breakfast was equally yummy with lots of choices. The room was very comfortable and sitting out on the verandah in the comfy chairs was so relaxing and peaceful. Loved the location along the river and away from the hustle and bustle.

  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! The breakfast is an open buffet, delicious and with lots of choice! 2 restaurants in the hotel, very... wat mensen zeggen » good, with good gastronomy. Location is good and quiet, but 8km from Lake Louise, so car needed! - The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.
