  The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent.   I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out.   From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night. The view was a nice one...I'm sure there are better but I can't complain. We di - Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay! Because of you, we will probably return. Keep up the great work!

  The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.
