  Staff in the hotel and restaurant were really friendly and helpful. We had travelled from Ireland and were awake 20hrs when we arrived at the hotel so it was great to have a good restaurant in the hotel. The waiter was very friendly and service was excellent. - The hotel had a warm relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly.   The bed was incredibile, the pillows and duvet were like sleeping on a cloud with just the right weight and temperature. The air tub was just what was needed after a full day of skiing, follwed by resting infront of the wood burning fireplace. The only thing that topped our hotel stay was the great downhill skiing. They could not be more helpful and friendly. It is like like staying with family or great friends, although they serve you:)
