Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me. After a few sleepless nights in Canmore, Sunwapta Falls came like a rain in the desert! It was absolutely lovely. Our room was kitchy and dated, but the beds were extremeely modern, comfortable and clean. The entire resort caters to quiet people and the room was SILENT after 10 pm - we caught up on much-needed sleep! The restaurant was fantastic

Staff service was the best we encountered on our 25th anniversary bike tour from Jasper to Banff. Janessa helped us plan our travel and allowed us to leave our vehicle at the resort for an extra 4 days. She even had champagne waiting for us in the room.
