  Staff friendliness and helpful. We booked a fishing charter with Doug and Deb Emery and they recommended we stay with you. Allowed us to park out of the way in your parking lot while we were fishing.   Rooms were well appointed, spotlessly clean, great TV and Wi-Fi. Toiletries were good, bathroom overall very clean with good towels and lots of hot water. The room I was in didn't have an ocean view but it was very spacious. Overall one of the best hotels for the money in the North West.   The staff was very friendly even though we checked in late after the ferry came in. The family room was excellent with bunk beds and a queen size bed. Nice decor, great shower, super clean and very comfortable. The building lobby is very tidy, with a nice sitting area. There's a great garden outfront with some small tables to sit at. There is... wat mensen zeggen » a large kitchen available for people to use, who are staying more that one night. - Staff was excellent and pleasant to work with. The location was very nice and close enough to food and shopping. I recommend this place and will stay on my next trip to Prince Rupert.

  The staff was very friendly and accommadating. Teresa at the front desk was awsome she went out of her way to arrange our rooms so that we were all on the same floor. - I thought that the hotel room that we were in was comfortable and roomy, the hotel itself was close to everything in town and easy to get to.

  My suite felt Iike home. I was able to enjoy a good book (The History of Prince Rupert) from the small in room library and enjoy the fireplace while taking in some porpoises with the ocean view. It was an awesome stay. - Great room, upgraded to top floor corner suite with kitchen, living room and big master bedroom.   It was a good location for us as we came from the port and actually walked to the hotel as there were no taxis. We left two days later on the Via train which is the same location so again we were able to walk but some kindly locals picked us up on the way and took us to the station which was very kind. - location.
