  I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and newspapers. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very courteous. I needed a specific type of tea which was supplied immediately. The every one of the staff members were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

  The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling. They gave us keys to another room and said we could have whichever room was the most comfortable. The beds and pillows are the best. - The bed was comfortable... wat mensen zeggen » . It was nice having the mall attached. You could not hear anything outside the room (traffic, kids, etc.) Skating on the canal was great! There were lots of choices to eat very close.

  The most pet friendly hotel we ever stayed at, the Comfort Inn really made us feel welcome. Amazing staff! The gentleman at the reception desk was so helpful and friendly. He pointed us towards the main attractions in the area and gave us great advice (to try to fit Old Quebec city into our trip) luckily we listened to him and it turned out to be ... wat mensen zeggen » the highlight of our trip! - The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we were able to park just outside our room on the main floor.

  Our room rate was $111 plus tax. It was a suite with lots of space. A kitchenette fully stocked with necessary dishes, utensils, pots pans, full size refrigerator, microwave. Living room had a flat screen tv. Bedroom was quiet and insulated from other rooms. Bath was modern. Wifi is free, as are local calls. They have a pool and sauna. Dozens of restaurant - The Cartier Place is a wonderful hotel. Centrally located to many of the attractions. One feature that we enjoyed was the kitchenette. Helped save us a little money by cooking breakfast in the morning so we were not rushed to get out of the hotel in the mornings to find something to eat.

  The staff were extra helpful, and I found the room very comfortable. The Wi-Fi in the room was steady and strong which is important for a business traveler. This location is convenient and fairly close to the airport. - We brought our dog and cat, they liked it. It was free. Service very good.   It's centric. My room and my bed were big. Good/affordable meals. - The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Pierre who was working the front desk on Dec 31st and Jan 1st he was outstanding in his customer service. Our interaction with Pierre made the trip memorable.
