The lady was really nice and she let us use their kitchen. The room and the bathrooms were very clean + towels included. It was quiet. The breakfast in the morning was very good. It was well located, 25 mins walk from the parliament. We could park there for free.
It is right across the street from the greyhound bus station, which was
super convenient for catching my early bus. The staff was very friendly
and took orders for the free breakfast. It was also very cheap, and the

The lady was lovely, Nothing was too much trouble for her . The guest house was well placed for the centre of Ottawa.

the lady in this hotel has very kind eyes, and of course a kind heart, the hotel is not luxury at all but is hospitable and I think I arrived in my grand ma home.

The building itself was slightly on the shabbier side, but the lady who runs the place is a really sweet person. She also makes a hearty breakfast according to your liking (toast, omelette, potatoes, coffee, etc). Location is also very convenient: right across the street from the bus station.

Actually is difficult to describe on good point about this hotel. It is clean and the air condition was working very well. We had the breakfast on the time however we couldn't choose anything about it. The recepicionist was not so friendly so it became more difficult for us. Is a good hotel if you check the price but we will never go back there.

Bus terminal beside the hotel a little bit too laud. Place is old, but loacation and price i great.
Rooms were clean but furnishing was old and worn. In the room I stayed, curtains didn't fully conceal the window; paint on furniture was pealing off in some places, and closet was rather dusty. There was only one overhead light in the room, and not bright enough.
Facility was run down. Needs serious and major revamping.
We didn't like the recepicionist behaviour. She talked with us in very very low voice and she didn't accept to stay with our luggages so I must put it in the bus station (locker). The furniture is very old however everything was working well. For this city, thehotel became acceptable because the price but it is not good at all.
