Peggy and Gerald were fantastic hosts. They make you feel like family. We were given great information about nearby tried-and-true restaurants and attractions. The location is fantastic- 15 min. walk to everything. The breakfasts were big and delicious. We loved the fresh fruit and baked goodies. Our room and bathroom were large and spotless. Peggy has a fixed time for breakfast, which allows guests to meet and converse together.
alle beoordelingen » Lovely House and welcome from Gerald & Peggy. Nice bedroom and bathroom. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the communial breakfasts with the other guests. We have always found informal conversations with people from other countries very interesting. A warm welcome from the new owners. They made us welcome from the minute we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were superb and Peggy's baking was sensational. If you are going to Niagara on the Lake don't look anywhere else to stay. location to wineries and great 3 course homemade breakfasts. Rooms were spacious and upstairs common area and outside balcony was great for card playing and visiting. Hosts were very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. Lovely, comfortable room with a fireplace, rocker and dish of chocolates. Very clean. Breakfasts are 3 courses in a bright cheerful dining room and absolutely delicious. The owners go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Marcel and Olga Nagy were charming, friendly and after only one meeting they were like lifelong friends. Their charm was spread through the B & B in its lovely rooms and comfortable atmosphere. Lovely place to stay. Peggy & Gerald are perfect hosts! We wanted for nothing during our stay and were overwhelmed by the wonderful food we were served each morning. Lovely comfortable room, and a terrace to relax on. The room with large bathroom was a perfect size. Nice closet space as well. The breakfasts were amazing! Delicious and creative - so good - no need for lunch!. The hosts Gerald and Peggy were wonderful. They were friendly and very helpful with the information about the area. Also, the breakfasts were exceptional. Room very comfortable with guest balcony area. Peggy provided complimentary home made biscuits each day which was a nice touch. Breakfasts huge. The amazing breakfast! The comfortable king size bed The jaccuzzi tub The peace and quiet of the surrounding area. Loved the living quarters, the owners, location, shopping,the play we saw, the entire area was most enjoyable. Host and hostess were so friendly and fun. Accommodations were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Good clean accommodation, excellent breakfast, personal friendly atmosphere, comfort, good location. Just about every thing but especially the hosts. Clean and well designed. Outstanding breakfasts. The owners were friendly and provided special little touches. Great breakfasts!. The service was excellent and the breakfast awesome... Nice. clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Great host,good food,nice house. There was no Tea or Coffee facility in our room, a very necessary requirement when you arrive back from a busy day in Niagara. When we arrived Gerald very kindly made us tea but it wasn't freely available. would have liked to be able to control the air conditioning which was kept a little cold. None. Absolutely, no complaints and could not change one thing. We reported that our hairdryer didn't work but no action was taken. We had no dislikes at all. There was not one thing we did not like. Really nothing. Nothing. The location was a bit far from the core. Why on earth would you ask if it was "gay friendly" why not ask if it were heterosexual friendly or celibate friendly or family friendly. Let's stop this obsession with homosexuality!!!. Too steep price. Hot upstairs but new owners and know they will get it right.
